Role Description

This is a full-time on site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant or Personal Care Assistant located in Garner, NC. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing direct client care in a home care setting. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, medication reminders, and performing light housekeeping duties. The role also involves monitoring health status, providing companionship, and supporting the overall well-being of senior clients.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
• Skills in personal care and hygiene assistance
• Ability to assist with feeding, mobility, and medication reminders
• Experience in providing companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and home management skills
• Strong observational skills to monitor health status
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Experience working with seniors is required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with patients living with Dementia, Parkinson's, or other neurological conditions is a plus
