The Inpatient Med Surg unit is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.

Your expertise and experience will be essential in guiding and educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of MO
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
