What were looking for :

We are seeking an energetic enthusiastic Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our fast- growing and dynamic team.

What youll be doing :

This position will have multiple roles ranging from : sales team support working with sales management assisting with pre-qualification requirements for customers creating new presentations organizing sales-related events assisting the o peration s team with the creation submission and organization of AIA (American Institute of Architects) pay applications and all associated waivers . The expectation is that this person will be in the office Monday-Friday 8 : 30 AM 5 PM but remote work may be available upon request / manager approval.

With Sales Representatives :

• Manage onboarding packa ge distribution and return of information with new customers working with AR to ensure timely return from customers.
• Oversee required pre-qualification documentation coordinating with internal departments such as HR Safety and IT when needed .
• Assist in coordinating internal project kick-off meetings .
• Own project booking process to ensure all information is accurate including supporting documentation.
• Track booking process and follow-up with sales for missing documentation.
• Act as the liaison between sales and accounting on escalation matters.
