Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Dispatcher, located in Lovington, NM. The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the delivery of various materials using our fleet of trucks. They will monitor driver’s on gps, manage communication between drivers and customers, ensure timely deliveries, and handle any issues that arise during dispatch. Additionally, the Truck Dispatcher will maintain records of dispatch activity, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and provide support to truck pushers and field operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching or coordinating logistics
• Knowledge of oilfield trucking services and operations (vacuum trucks, end dumps, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and field operations staff
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant technology
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergencies calmly
• Experience with compliance and safety regulations in the trucking industry
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in logistics or transportation is a plus
