Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Strategy
- Define architecture and technical roadmap for purchase systems

Product Development & Delivery
Translate requirements into actionable technical plansOversee development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of high-quality featuresConduct code reviews and maintain system design standardsTeam Leadership
Mentor and coach engineers to build strong technical capabilitiesFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance cultureProvide technical guidance for problem-solving and decision-makingCross-Functional Collaboration

Experience
8+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership roleProven track record of leading end-to-end delivery of complex, high-scale systemsTechnical Expertise
Proficiency in backend technologies (Java, Python, Go) and microservices architectureExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Strong database skills (SQL and NoSQL)Familiarity with payment systems, purchase flows, or transaction-heavy applicationsLeadership & Communication
