Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with a minimum of 7+ years of litigation experience to join our client’s well-established law firm. This is a fully in-office position offering a competitive compensation package, strong bonus potential, and the opportunity to step into an active caseload.

Position Overview :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and advancing a portfolio of existing plaintiff personal injury cases. This role offers a unique opportunity to take over active files and work directly with clients while collaborating with a team of experienced litigators and support staff.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all phases of plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Take over and advance existing case files with a focus on timely and effective case management.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary.
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure case efficiency and organization.
