The Salesforce Trainer provides training support to internal and external customers. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through training and providing satisfactory customer support.
May include :
- Develop and implement Salesforce training programs through assessment of training needs, creation of training plans, and designing training materials for various formats
- Deliver training sessions through virtual and in-person training sessions to equip employees with necessary Salesforce skills
- Maintain training and reference materials
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of training
- Support Salesforce adoption and evaluate effectiveness by providing ongoing support and conducting skill mapping
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Nature & Scope :
Ensure work is aligned with the OCM Director’s expectations, goals, and vision.Strategize, support and execute training initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.Applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experienceManages projects and processes while working independently and with limited supervisionCoaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionalsProblems faced are difficult and sometimes complex; takes a new perspective on existing solutionsKnowledge & Skills :
Experience training for SalesforceProficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Knowledge of HVAC products and controlsKnowledge of management systems is a plusProven track record of success in service and customer serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to interact with students of varied backgroundsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, students and customersAbility to interact effectively with internal and external customers; builds long-term business relationships; represents the Company’s brand to all customersAbility to write reports, business correspondence and develop course curriculumAbility to anticipate and solve practical problems and resolve issuesCustomer focus – proactively finds ways to exceed customer needsDetail-oriented, well organizedAbility to work in a team environment and take initiative individuallyAbility to apply good judgment, strong work ethic, and integrity on the job.Experience :
8+ years of experience with HVAC installation, commissioning, service and maintenance5+ years facilitating of training, with a focus on SalesforceEducation / Certification :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field, preferredSalesforce Instructor Certification by Salesforce or any certification in Salesforce training, preferredCertification in Training, preferred (e.g., CPLP)People Management : No
