Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes for accuracy and timeliness

Oversee invoicing, work order review, and billing accuracy to enhance operational efficiency

Assist with month-end close, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in the construction / field service industry

Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Ramp, Concur, or similar systems
