Adult Nurse Practitioner needed in Greenbrae, CA

About the Position :

Requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on primary care clinical experience.

Provides care to patients aged 18 to 100+.

Conducts physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a diverse patient population.

Prescribes medications, pharmaceuticals, and treatment plans based on patient needs.

Refers patients to specialists and other healthcare services as appropriate.

Adheres to established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.

Maintains a professional rapport with both staff and patients.

Performs additional tasks as needed to support clinic goals, as directed by the Medical Director.

Participates in care team responsibilities following Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) procedures.

Additional duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits :

$50,000 signing bonus available for select candidates (terms apply).

Competitive salary range : $135,000–$160,000 per year.
