Indiana Licensed Associate Vice President, Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President - Assistant General Counsel, Business Development Transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and technology collaborations

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide high-level service and legal counsel

Drive negotiation teams across various functions throughout the transactional lifecycle

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and bar admission in at least one state

Minimum of 10 years of legal experience in corporate transactions, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector

Experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements

Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional transaction teams

Up-to-date knowledge of life science industry trends and regulatory matters
