Storeroom Clerk

Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a full time Storeroom Clerk. Responsible for managing inventory and distribution of supplies within the warehouse. This role also serves as a backup for mail room and print shop duties when the primary clerks for those areas are unavailable.

Primary Responsibilities - Supplies Warehouse

• Receive and inspect deliveries into the warehouse
• Stock and organize supplies within the warehouse storage areas
• Use Infor Lawson ERP to process requisitions, update inventory records, and track supply movement
• Prepare and stage supply orders for deliveries
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
• Communicate with management and internal departments regarding supply issues, orders or discrepancies
