Job descriptionLocated in Deschutes County The Oral Health Community Healthcare Worker is responsible for helping patients and community members navigate and access dental, community services and other resources while creating a welcoming and safe dental environment. Full Time Monday - Friday Our opportunities provide a full suite of benefits including Employee Assistance Program Medical and pharmacy, dental, vision (for employees and their families) Basic life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance 6 Paid holidays and 2 Paid floating holiday PTO (80 hours per year for hourly) 401k plan and deferred compensation plan Referral Bonuses ($600-$2,500 depending on role) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Valid health care provider CPR / BLS Certificate High School Diploma or its equivalent. Experience working in a community-based setting for at least 1 to 2 years X-Ray Certified ADDITIONAL / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of dental terminology preferred. Understand the rural communities served. Certified Community Health Worker with the Oregon Health Authority preferred, but training available Employment Type : Full Time
