We offer stable employment for three CDL-A drivers specializing in retail delivery operations throughout the Southeast region. Our drivers typically earn between $1,350 to $1,600 per week through our structured compensation program. This includes strong per-mile rates, enhanced by $20 stop compensation following your initial daily delivery. Additional earning opportunities exist through short-distance assignments paying $45 for routes under 50 miles and $35 for trips under 150 miles.

You'll receive guaranteed 34-48 hour home time every weekend, ensuring consistent family time and proper rest periods. Your assigned territory encompasses Northern Florida, Eastern Georgia, South Carolina, and Southern North Carolina on dedicated lanes with predictable routing patterns.

All deliveries involve no touch freight operations, allowing you to concentrate on safe driving rather than physical handling responsibilities. This regional driving position focuses on retail store deliveries with consistent miles and professional service expectations.

Our equipment consists of late-model International LT tractors featuring spacious 71-inch sleepers, with all trucks maintained under three years of service. Standard features include APU systems, power inverters, and designated space for personal refrigerators to enhance driver comfort during regional assignments.

Complete maintenance coverage through our Penske partnership includes emergency roadside assistance and rental equipment during unexpected repairs to prevent income interruption. Secure parking facilities are available at designated company terminals during home time periods.

Medical insurance becomes available after 60 days with three comprehensive plan selections and prescription assistance programs. We provide $25,000 complimentary life insurance, Health Savings Plan access, and 401K retirement benefits with company matching up to 4% after 30 days of employment.

New drivers receive $1,000 compensation for completing our comprehensive two-day training program in Nashville, Tennessee. Holiday assignments provide additional $100 compensation for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day coverage when required.

We seek experienced professionals with valid CDL-A credentials and minimum six months recent experience in regional driving, local operations with electronic logging, or long-haul transportation. Candidates should demonstrate employment stability with no more than two position changes within three years and maintain clean driving records.
