Job descriptionCreate, refine, and manage SOPs and best practices for all core workflows. Partner with leadership and staff to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Launch and run an apprenticeship program that bridges classroom learning with hands-on field training. Support onboarding and conduct refresher training sessions. Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field. 3+ years’ experience in training, instructional design, or process development. Strong communication skills with the ability to make complex topics simple. Organized, proactive, and collaborative — with a passion for improving systems and developing people. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and document management tools. Experience in instructional writing or training facilitation. Be a key player in shaping the future of our operations. Help launch a first-of-its-kind apprenticeship program in our industry. Work with a team that values innovation, integrity, and problem-solving.

The Opportunity We’re looking for a Technical Program & Standards Specialist to elevate our field and office operations through clear, consistent processes and workforce development. In this role, you’ll :
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices for our Surveying and VDC teams.
- Build and manage a formal apprenticeship program with a local technical college.
- Help onboard and train staff to follow established standards.
- Act as a go-to resource for technical excellence, process innovation, and industry trends.
