Join a mission-driven care team in Cartersville, GA , just 45 minutes from vibrant downtown Atlanta! A newly established Level II NICU is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Neonatologist to provide comprehensive neonatal care in a supportive, community-focused hospital setting.

What You’ll Do :

Manage newborns in a Level II NICU

Attend high-risk deliveries and C-sections

Round daily in the NICU and well-baby nursery

Provide overnight home call (with back-up)

Collaborate with experienced nursing and allied staff

Participate in newborn resuscitation and stabilization

Engage in quality improvement and care coordination

✅ Qualifications :

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology (within 5 years of residency)

Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (completed prior to start)

Active GA medical license (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in Level II NICU care

Commitment to patient-centered and evidence-based medicine
