Management Analyst

A company is looking for a Management Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Research and Development.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and improve education-to-the-field program operations through analyses and recommendations

Support organizational trainings and document current-state processes to identify gaps and propose improvements

Manage and execute educational webinars, including planning, coordination, and documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as health administration, public health, or business

4+ years of relevant experience in project management, research administration, or program operations

Experience in conducting program assessments and developing actionable recommendations

Proven ability to coordinate meetings and manage documentation for virtual trainings or webinars

Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
