Job Title : Administrative Director (Days)

Location : New London, NH

Shift : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Type : Onsite | Full-Time | Permanent

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Administrative Director to serve as the on-site operational leader for assigned areas. This individual will oversee financial health, human capital, and customer experience while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic leadership aligned with organizational goals and promote a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships across all departments, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Develop and manage annual departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with performance and financial goals.
  • Oversee and coordinate operational resources to meet objectives efficiently.
  • Monitor performance metrics, implement corrective measures, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Champion patient and customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Collaborate with medical and nursing leadership to establish and implement clinical protocols.
  • Lead change management initiatives and continuous process improvements.
  • Stay current with developments in ambulatory care, reimbursement, and regulatory standards.
  • Engage and empower teams to achieve operational excellence through effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or equivalent
  • Master’s degree in Health Care or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of operations management experience in outpatient, ambulatory care, or rural / FQHC settings
  • Proven experience in change management and quality improvement
  • Strong business planning and financial analysis background
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with physicians, administrators, and staff at all levels
  • Rural Health Center Certification
  • Compensation :

  • Hourly Salary Range : $50.41 - $75.62 / hour
