Job descriptionMinimum of 3 years, but preferably at least 5 years of bartending experience in a high-end, fine dining establishment. Advanced knowledge and terminology of beer, wine, and spirits is required. Must be at least 21 years old. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly motivated professional with a strong sense of hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a true passion for fine service, food and wine. Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and be open to learning new things. Ability to demonstrate hospitality, warmth, and expertise to guests and coworkers in a busy, sometimes fast-paced / high-stress environment. Must be available to work any day of the week, including evenings and some holidays. Weekend shifts (Fri / Sat and especially Sun) are required. Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist
