Ingleside is a Senior Living Community with locations in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia.

Each location has an independent living, assisted living, and memory care areas

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Location : Lake Ridge, VA 22192
Compensation : $92,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule : Full-time, on-site
Setting : 54-bed Health Center
Reports To : Director of Nursing

Requirements

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Manager or ADON.

Long-term care experience preferred.

Infection Preventionist Certification required.

Current CPR certification.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
