Job descriptionAssess patients independently and in collaboration with GI physician Perform history and physical assessment Order labs, interpret lab, order imaging, and follow up on all results Prescribe medications and manage medications specific to patient needs Create a plan of care utilizing care guidelines Approved Maryland State Medical License, Board Certification, Maryland CDS, and DEA certificate Prefer one year of Gastroenterology and / or outpatient practice Mandarin Language Skills are a Requirement
Overview
Gastro Center of Maryland is a 25 provider GI group practice which is seeking to add a great Nurse Practitioner to the team. The successful candidate would split their time between several locations (Columbia, Olney, & Riverdale). After two years of working with the group they would have the opportunity to practice independently.
