Field Applications Engineer

A company is looking for a Field Applications Engineer to lead technical deployments of AI systems and support customer integration.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale AI datacenter deployments

Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and deployment issues

Act as a technical expert supporting sales teams and customer engagement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in system design or technical customer support within the technology industry

Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware such as servers, storage systems, and network devices

Proficiency in Bash scripting, Ansible, and Python programming

Strong networking expertise across TCP / IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, and switches
