Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team in New Orleans, Louisiana. This role is responsible for supporting daily customer service tasks, assisting clients with inquiries, providing clear and helpful information about services, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every interaction.

Salary Range: $18.00 – $27.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
