We are seeking competent and talented Personal Care Aides to join our amazing team of professionals, as we deliver high-level accessible home care to our clients in Ashburn, Leesburg, Sterling, Purcellville, Manassas, Gainesville, Warrenton, Haymarket, Aldie, the Plains and Springfield areas.

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, high quality, reliable and compassionate care to our clients.
• Assisting clients with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, eating, etc.
• Following a specific care plan developed for each client and documenting completed tasks after each visit

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years of age with reliable transportation, drivers license preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to pass Criminal Background, Driving Records Check and Company Administered Drug Screening test
• Employees must have the physical ability, to lift, push and pull 50 lbs
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Current and valid PCA certification
