Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day creative production tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards

Drive the team to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and brand consistency

Collaborate with creative directors and coordinators to clarify project direction and ensure effective design translation

Qualifications / Requirements

Minimum 10 years of professional design experience with leadership in managing creative teams

Experience in executing and overseeing lower-tier creative production tasks and projects

Ability to build and sustain partnerships with creative and project management teams

Expertise in digital, UX / UI, branding, and print design, along with industry tools

Familiarity with distributed team dynamics and project management tools
