Regional Director of Operations

The Regional Director of Operations will oversee the overall operation, growth, and profitability of the region, driving resident and client satisfaction through best-in-class dining and hospitality experiences.

Responsibilities include :

• Balance company / community goals and regulatory agency requirements with individual client objectives.
• Schedule regular on-site visits to coach, train, and follow-up on assigned goals.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to ensure objectives are met and communicate industry trends.
• Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining product and service quality standards.
• Ensure responsible financial management and develop annual budgets.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional initiatives and campaigns.
• Provide vision, strategy, and tools to team members to exceed resident and client satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
