As a Occupational Therapist with our staffing division, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do :
- Staffing in various settings with different clients
- Deliver occupational therapy services in alignment with the physician’s treatment plan and the interdisciplinary care strategy.
- Monitor patient progress and provide timely updates to supervisors and clinical staff within the assigned facility or setting.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement therapy procedures using advanced clinical judgment and knowledge rooted in psychological, biological, physical, and social sciences.
- Make informed decisions based on your professional training and experience in occupational therapy.
- Actively contribute to case conferences, offering insights and recommendations to enhance patient outcomes.
- Complete additional assignments as needed to support patient care and team operations.
- Maintain appropriate access and confidentiality regarding Personal Health Information (PHI), in accordance with organizational and departmental guidelines.
