Position Summary :

The HR Assistant Intern will support the Human Resources Department with day-to-day functions, gaining exposure to recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in HR, healthcare administration, or business management.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume review, and interview coordination.

Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.

Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Assist with payroll, scheduling, and benefits administration tasks as needed.

Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and preparing HR documents.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications :

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
