Vice President of Health System Strategy

A company is looking for a Vice President, Health System Strategy and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic relationships with health system executives and industry partners

Develop and implement national strategies for engaging integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and health systems

Oversee the design and execution of a flagship pharmacy leadership program

Required Qualifications

PharmD, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree

Minimum 10 years of experience in health-system pharmacy leadership or related healthcare strategy

Deep understanding of integrated delivery systems and payer-provider collaboration

Proven ability to build and manage senior-level relationships

Experience in thought leadership and external advisory roles
