What You'll Do: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments in the fast-paced emergency department setting. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a variety of acute medical conditions and emergencies. Order and interpret diagnostic tests to ensure accurate diagnoses. Provide prompt and effective treatment for emergency needs. Document all patient interactions, diagnoses, treatment plans, and interventions thoroughly and efficiently within the Epic electronic medical records system. Who You Are: Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with board certification in Emergency Medicine (required). Current and active license to practice medicine in California (required). ACLS certification (required). A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care within a collaborative and team-oriented environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
