In this role, you’ll guide clients through the application process, assess their needs, and present tailored financial solutions.   Conduct detailed lead analysis to screen potential clients based on parameters provided by the Finance Sales Lead and our loan partners.  Meet or exceed all monthly schedule adherence and utilization requirements.  Make a high volume of outbound calls to engage with warm leads (100+ daily calls) and present the opportunity to apply for a loan.  Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer financial needs and provide persuasive, solution-based consultations on how our partners loan products can accelerate their financial recovery.  Manage and nurture your pipeline from initial prospecting to loan funding.  Follow up on all workflow progress within the Finance Department.  Perform additional duties as assigned to support team initiatives and continuous improvement.  Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company, including personnel policies and expectations as outlined in the Employee Handbook.  Other duties as assigned.  WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
