Sr Data Governance Analyst

What You'll Do

We're looking for a Sr Data Governance Analyst to join our Enterprise Data and AI Governance team! In this role, you'll play a key part in advancing our data governance program by facilitating data domain activities, strengthening data management practices, and partnering across the enterprise to reduce risk and enhance the value of data. You'll collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to define standards, consult on governance and risk principles, and bring partners together to resolve complex data challenges.

You'll have the opportunity to :

• Support the design and execution of the enterprise data governance program, enabling the strategic, responsible, and ethical use of data across the organization
• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to understand data needs, assess impacts, and provide guidance on data risk management
• Facilitate cross-functional data domain groups, driving governance initiatives and ensuring alignment across business units
• Collaborate with Data Domain Owners, Data Stewards, and other stakeholders to identify data management issues and opportunities, and work toward sustainable solutions
• Provide strategic input into the development of business metadata (terms, definitions, taxonomy), governance standards, and documentation to support consistent data usage
• Create, update, and maintain data governance documentation, standards, and artifacts

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$86450 - $144400 / year

Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This role offers an in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement in Des Moines, IA.
