Our client needs a fully remote Site Acquisition Specialist to oversee their Baltimore / DC Market. Site Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for candidate selection, lease negotiations, tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting.

Responsibilities :

• Handle high volumes of modification applications, leasing and permitting.
• Must be able to navigate through the industry's top Tower Owner portals and process as well as manage required purchase orders, check requests and any necessary documents required.
• Ability to review and understand new jurisdictions, local ordinances, and zoning codes.
• Lease Reviews and Tower Loading understanding a MUST.
• Take site through permitting and zoning, if required.
• Provide required status updates for all assigned sites per Market direction in prep for weekly Customer and internal meetings.
• Will provide all site status updates via shared tracking program per Market's requirements.
• Coordinate with landowner and client during the lease negotiation process to obtain fully executed lease or option agreement.
• Negotiate rent, lease terms, prepare lease document package and submit finalized package with detailed account of negotiations and deal points for client.
• Travel to sites and work in client designated areas as required.

Requirements :

Pay Rate : $38.46 / hr

Term : 6-month temp to perm / Potential Perm DOE
