We are partnering with a prestigious Boston-based hedge fund to hire an Investment Compliance Analyst . Base pay range

$95,000.00 / yr - $135,000.00 / yr

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and resolve daily pre‑ and post‑trade compliance alerts in coordination with the trading team
  • Interpret and implement investment guidelines and regulatory requirements across multiple strategies
  • Maintain restricted lists and oversee wall‑crossing and MNPI management processes
  • Track regulatory developments and assist in updating compliance policies and system controls
  • Support ad‑hoc compliance projects, audits, and workflow automation initiatives
  • Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of investment or trade compliance experience
  • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with OMS / OEMS systems (e.g., Charles River, FlexTrade, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently in a high‑accountability, on‑site environment
  • Seniority level
