Application Security Manager

A company is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager of Application Security to lead a team of security engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Hire, mentor, and develop a team of application security engineers

Lead complex application security reviews and provide guidance on security architecture

Drive security initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in Security Operations or related fields, with at least 3 years in application security

Proven experience leading security-focused teams in a SaaS or product company

Expert-level understanding of security libraries, controls, and vulnerabilities

Strong development / scripting skills, with experience in .NET Core, Go, or Python

Holds at least two relevant security certifications (e.g., CSSLP, OSCP)
