- 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, custodial, or grounds services.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience building reports, data entry, and using digital tools to document work.
Preferred Qualifications

Conduct inspections and quality assurance reviews of facilities, and custodial.Document findings and track corrective actions using ERP, IWMS, or CMMS software.Provide feedback to service providers and escalate unresolved service deficiencies when needed.Deliver outstanding customer service by exercising sound judgment in responding to requests and observations, ensuring timely follow-up with responsible parties.Collect, enter, and analyze service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Prepare recurring reports and dashboards, presenting recommendations to leadership.Support continuous process improvement initiatives and compliance with internal standards.Collaborate across multiple departments to align service delivery with organizational needs.Perform other duties as assigned.
