Behavior Therapist Center Based

Schedule : Monday-Friday 7 : 00AM-3 : 00PM at ourLearning Center in Natick, MA.

Your responsibilities as a Behavior Therapist :

DeliverABA services to childrenages 6-22diagnosed withAutism

Implement skill acquisition and behaviorprograms

Conduct data collectionelectronically (using Catalyst)

Work collaboratively with other specialtiessuch as SLPs, OTs, and Special Education Teachers

Must be willing to use restraint and hold techniques learned via SOLVE (Strategies of Limiting Violent Episodes) training received upon hire in conjunction with the students behavior supportplan

Must be able to lift 60 lbs.

Must be able to address basic needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, anddressing

Must be able to work on a computer orbe on your feetfor extended periods oftime

Qualifications :

Enjoy working withchildren ages 6-22 yearsold

Must be punctual, reliable, andpossessa desire alearn

Have an interest in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, special education, social work, childcare or a relatedfield

Preferably have or be working towards aBachelordegree

Candidates with a high school diploma will beconsidered

Experience working as a babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coachpreferred
