Chip Kronau Construction & Equipment, Inc. one of the Equipment World's 2021 Contractor Of The Year Finalists, is looking to hire a Laborer / Pipe Layer to join our team.

The laborer is responsible for providing ground work assistance to our Equipment Operator / Superintendent. The type of work includes but is not limited to, lot clearing, grading, watermain and sewer main repair, trenching, pipe laying and light snow plowing.

Basic Requirements

• Must be able to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis (50lbs or more).
• Knowledge of basic math and measuring.
• Be able to set up and operate lasers for grading.
• Be able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Must possess a clean valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Be able to commute to the various job sites within and around the general capital district.
• Experience installing underground pipe and pipe laying is a plus.
• Blue print reading is a plus.
