Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will help patients identify and overcome negative behaviors. As a behavior therapist, you'll work with children and adults who live with developmental disabilities and disorders.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their behaviors
• Develop strategies to help patients improve their behaviors
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Teach parents how to develop healthy coping mechanisms
• Adhere to all company and licensing standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• CPR Certification or willingness to obtain one
• RBT certified or willing to obtain one
• Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
• Clean Record
• Preferably with a bachelor but not necessary
• Drivers License
• Car Insurance

Location:

The position requires that the candidates selected for this role transport themselves directly to clients' households and work one-on-one with the clients.
