On-Site Project Manager
The primary function of the On-Site Project Manager is responsible for the management of personnel, performance, cost, and schedule of all work performed. The single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR. Responsible to participate or send an alternate to all government meetings as outlined in the SOW.

Supervisory Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for all employees assigned to this effort. The Project Manager will assign an alternate project manager as a collateral duty to any other key position. The Project Manager may also designate the Inspector, Aircraft QA to attend meetings when unavailable. During any absence of the Project Manager, the alternate shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to the work performed under this contract.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Capable of performing tasks that frequently require : lifting, reaching, bending, walking, pulling, sitting, and standing, crouching, stooping, kneeling, and stretching for prolonged periods of time. Capable of performing tasks in cramped, awkward, and strained positions and / or climbing up and down ladders, work platforms, scaffolding, and aircraft structures. Capable of carrying items up to forty (40) pounds; on heavier objects above forty (40) pounds, the contractor personnel shall seek assistance of other workers or weight lifting devices. Capable of wearing cumbersome personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and gloves as required by provided instructions.
Qualifications
Possess high school diploma or equivalent. Shall have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in Program or Project Management. Capable to read, write, speak, and understand, the English language. Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident of the United States. Must be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance. Must possess moderate to advanced computer skills.
Working Environment
A fast paced multi-tasking customer service oriented environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. Adaptability regarding schedule and task changes is necessary to accommodate changing priorities. Overtime may be required.
