About The Position

We are seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist for a 25-day locum tenens assignment in Colorado, starting Dec 7, 2025. This opportunity features 24-hour call shifts (7a-7a), including weekends, with ongoing scheduling into 2025. The role involves a range of gastroenterology procedures and acute GI evaluations in a dynamic clinical setting.

Job Details

  • Schedule : 24-hour call (7a-7a), Monday through Sunday; weekends required; 5-7 days per month, ongoing into 2025

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform scoping procedures
  • Conduct ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography)
  • Perform EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasound)
  • Manage endoscopy cases
  • Evaluate and treat GI bleeding
  • Assess and manage various gastrointestinal problems
  • Additional Information

  • Colorado license or LOQ required
  • Must have completed gastroenterology fellowship
  • Board certification in Gastroenterology required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
  • Clean malpractice history required
  • EMR training required
  • All shifts end the following morning at 7a
