Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting the perfect new Ford vehicle

Build rapport and guide customers through the sales process

Stay informed on current inventory, features, and financing options

Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth buying experience

Qualifications

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent
