Advanced skills in performing routine CT exams for all types of emergency department and inpatient scenarios

Description :

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment.

The facility has a general capacity with a range of patient ratios.

An average of 180 CT exams are performed daily with three scanners in use.

Two technologists are assigned per scanner during the day, with a total of three technologists for overnight shifts.

The type of equipment utilized includes GE 512, GE 128, and GE 32 slice models.

The documentation system in use is Meditech.

The facility's focus is on performing routine CT exams for both emergency department and inpatient cases.

Procedures include trauma pan scans, as well as CT imaging for head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and angiography.
