Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) of T. Edward Wines & Spirits. This role is pivotal in enabling the CGO to focus on strategic growth initiatives, supplier relations, brand development, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a master at prioritization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a high level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative & Executive SupportALL\tManage daily schedule, prioritize and coordinate meetings, calls, and travel (domestic and international)
\tAudit weekly calendar, block time for deep work, travel, etc.
\tPrepare daily briefing docs
\tMonitor and triage high-volume email inbox; draft, proofread, and send communications on behalf of the CGO
\tServe as a gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring clear communication between the CGO and internal / external stakeholders.
\tPrepare meeting agendas, notes, recaps, and follow-ups; track progress on action items
\tHandle expense reports, receipts, and budget tracking with Finance
\tCreate Executive travel itineraries and scheduling, book hotels / flights etc.
Strategic & Project Support
\tAssist with preparation and editing of presentations, strategic documents, proposals, and reports
\tSupport coordination and execution of key initiatives across departments working in collaboration with the Marketing Department
\tCollaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to help move projects forward and ensure alignment with CGO priorities
\tMaintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and internal communications tools
\tAttend core meetings and take notes, provide recap / summary
Relationship Management
\tHelp manage and maintain key supplier, distributor, and client relationships, including scheduling, correspondence, and event support
\tAssist in preparing personalized communications and recognition for supplier / partner milestones
\tCreate and maintain a direct line of contact with counterparts at client groups
\tBuild relationships and direct line of contact with sample submission editors at the major trade publications
\tRepresent company at trade tastings and events
Confidential & Special Projects
\tSupport HR- and personnel-related matters with discretion
\tCoordinate CGO's internal leadership initiatives, wellness weeks, and special events
\tPerform research and benchmarking as requested, often on tight timelines
Preferred Qualifications :
\tExceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
\tMeticulous attention to detail and follow-through
\tProficiency in Microsoft Office, and project management tools
\tAbility to anticipate needs and act with appropriate urgency
\tStrong emotional intelligence, discretion, and grace under pressure
\tA passion for hospitality, wine, spirits, or luxury / lifestyle industries is a plus
\tA background in communications, business, hospitality, or marketing
