Warehouse Job
Load / unload or otherwise move inventory using heavy capacity fork truck equipment according to work orders and by directive of supervisor.

Function in the Job :
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or to 20 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Job Function
- Responsible for operating fork truck to lift, move, position, reposition steel and heavy material to stock areas.
- Load and unload trailers and railroad cars.
- Able to drive and operate the fork truck in a variety of conditions and spaces.
- Log and report inventory location changes according to specified procedure into inventory computer system and / or by paperwork.
- Log and tag inventory received according to specified procedure.
- Assemble customer orders according to work orders.
- Record pertinent material information to work orders, material, or other forms as specified by management.
- Work within precise limits and standards of accuracy.
- Works and coordinates with multiple areas of warehouse, and coworkers to complete tasks.
- Maintain compliance with all safety requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Safety sensitive for his / her own safety and / or of others safety.
- Demonstrated initiative to proactively seek out work and complete tasks.

Required Skills :
