Were seeking an energetic, engagingAssistant Manager to support leasing and operations across our Inglewood portfolio.
Responsibilities :
- Show and lease apartments; post and monitor ads
- Handle calls using professional leasing techniques
- Support marketing initiatives and stay current on market conditions
- Process applications, credit / background checks, and move-ins
- Collect rents, deposits, and record resident activities
- Submit maintenance requests and ensure compliance with Fair Housing
- Assist Property Managers with daily operations
