Job Description

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans : Assess individual needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-driven methods to improve patients' motor capabilities, cognitive functions, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families : Teach patients and their support systems about therapeutic practices to ensure continual progress at home
• Track and Document Progress : Assess clinical results and modify treatment plans as appropriate, ensuring patients remain on target for their objectives
