AtMercy St. Louis, ourLevel IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)is a place of healing, innovation, and heart. With an average daily census of88 babies, we care for a wide range of neonatal conditions in both premature and full-term infants.
Our16-week Nurse Residency Fellowshipis designed to support new graduate RNs as they transition into professional practice. You'll receive specialized, unit-specific training in a collaborative, family-centered environment where your growth and confidence are our priority.
Acomprehensive NICU residency programwith hands-on training and mentorship
Shift differential payfor night shifts
Day-one benefitsincluding medical, dental, and vision coverage
RN to BSN Bridge Program- up to$16,000in support
RN Loan Forgiveness Program- up to$20,000over 4.5 years
