We are currently seeking a WMS System Administrator – Blue Yonder for a leading electrical manufacturer in Hessen, Germany.
This role can be performed remotely.
The project is scheduled to start in Q1 2026 and conclude by Q4 2027.

PURPOSE :
- Provide technical administration, maintenance, and support for the Blue Yonder WMS across 80 global sites.
- Ensure system stability, security, and optimal performance while supporting rollout and integration activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Administer, configure, and maintain Blue Yonder WMS environments across multiple global sites.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement technical solutions to ensure uptime and reliability.Support the global rollout by providing system setup, configuration, and deployment assistance.Collaborate with IT teams, consultants, and end-users to resolve system-related issues and optimize processes.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls according to company policies.Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and security procedures.Document system configurations, technical procedures, and best practices for ongoing operations and future rollouts.Provide technical guidance and training to support adoption of the WMS system.QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a System Administrator or similar role, preferably in logistics or manufacturing environments.Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS or similar warehouse management systems.Strong knowledge of system configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with databases, network environments, and integration with other enterprise systems.REQUIRED SKILLS :
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment.Willingness to travel internationally as required.PREFERRED SKILLS :
Experience supporting global software rollouts and multi-site implementations.Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Work is normally performed in an office, laboratory, manufacturing floor, or machine shop setting where physical work includes, but is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.Must be able to understand and comply with all relevant safety practices.FLSA STATUS / WORKING SCHEDULE :
