Staff Accountant

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join its finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage GL accounting and month-end close processes

Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records

Collaborate with team members to support the scaling of the accounting function

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a small company or startup

Strong foundation in GL accounting, month-end close, and bookkeeping principles

Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus

Exposure to eCommerce or manufacturing business models preferred

CPA certification is a plus but not required
