Join our team to work directly with experienced BCBAs in-person and collaborate closely with caregivers. Together, we deliver effective, compassionate ABA services while helping you build your skills and confidence as an RBT.
No experience in ABA? We'll Pay You to Learn!
Earn money while you train to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Minimum Requirements :
High school diploma required; bachelors degree in psychology, education, social work, child development, or related field preferredBilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)Reliable personal transportation (rideshare services not accepted)Passion for working with children with developmental disabilities and making a positive impact while working in clients homesInterest in psychology, education, or behavior therapyPatient, empathetic, professional, and dependableBenefits :

Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homesFollow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBAAccurately collect and document data during each sessionSupport skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily livingCollaborate with supervisors, families, and team members to ensure consistencyBuild trusting, supportive relationships with clients and their familiesParticipate in regular training, supervision, and professional developmentLocation :
